Prof. Tomasz Kalinowski is an economist and former economic diplomat with 12 years of service in the diplomatic corps, most recently serving as a Counselor-Minister and Head of the Economic Department at the Embassy of Poland in Berlin.
He is a lecturer in various MBA programs in Poland and at the Polish Institute of International Affairs.
With extensive experience as an expert for parliamentary committees on economy and foreign affairs in the Polish Sejm and Senate, Prof. Kalinowski has also served as a business consultant for major economic entities and local governments in Poland.

Dr. Zięba holds a Ph.D. in Economics and a habilitation in Management Science. His research interests focus on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), family businesses, entrepreneurship, and pre-entrepreneurship. In teaching, he specializes in various aspects of economics, including macroeconomics, microeconomics, and managerial economics.
He is a certified trainer for economics educators by the National Council for Economic Education (USA) and teaches on the AMBA-accredited Master’s program in International Management. Additionally, he is a lecturer at the Doctoral School of Gdańsk University of Technology.
At the MBA level, Dr. Zięba lectures on Business Economics in the MBA program at Gdańsk University of Technology and serves as one of the Quality Leads of the program.
