The International Master of Business Administration postgraduate program, conducted in English, is aimed at managers seeking to develop business competencies in an international environment.
The studies are based on the Total MBA program, utilizing licensed McGraw Hill materials and covering subjects aligned with the international MBA management standards.
This hybrid program (80% online) in English consists of 500 hours of coursework, including:
- Total MBA Webinars: Real-time lectures led by instructors and business practitioners from top business schools and companies across Poland, held on Saturdays via MS Teams.
- In-Person Sessions in Sopot and Cambridge, UK: On-campus sessions last 3 days (5 days in Cambridge) and occur once per semester.
- Individual Management Skills Development Sessions (online, scheduled with the business psychology coach).
- McGraw Hill Conversations: Delivered by Prometricum lecturers based on McGraw Hill’s licensed material, including exam preparation.
- Self-study on the McGraw Hill platform
- Seminars for Diploma Project Preparation and Defense (online).
- Electives, including Cambridge Valid Business Buzz lectures (online).
The International Master of Business Administration postgraduate program spans three academic semesters and 500 hours. The “SUMMER SEMESTER” format allows students to complete the program in a full calendar year.
The program is offered in partnership with the Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia, Porto Business School (international validation partner for Prometricum MBA, accredited by AMBA, AACSB, and EFMD), and Cambridge Valid Business School (Business Buzz lectures and Cambridge campus sessions). Courses are in English, with optional industry modules in Polish within the same tuition.
Prometricum MBA graduates receive the following credentials:
- An international Master of Business Administration diploma signed by representatives of all partner institutions: Kwiatkowski University, Collegium Prometricum, and Porto Business School (the validation partner for the Prometricum MBA program with AMBA, AACSB, and EFMD accreditations).
- A certificate of completion for the three-semester MBA – Master of Business Administration, awarded by the Eugeniusz Kwiatkowski University of Business and Administration in Gdynia, in accordance with the Polish regulation (qualifying for supervisory board positions in public companies).

McGraw Hill seminars are offered in the SUMMER SEMESTER, typically from June to October (depending on the cohort – more information available upon filling out the pre-enrollment form).
McGraw Hill publications are used in leading business schools as materials supporting the learning of MBA students. Thanks to the McGraw Hill license, Prometricum Executive MBA provides participants with a world-class standard of learning. Supervision over the learning process, including support in preparing for the exam, is provided by experienced academics.
Completion of the McGraw Hill International Module is noted on the Executive MBA diploma.
Participation Requirements
- Applicants must hold a higher education degree and have several years of professional experience.
- Admission is based on order of application and an interview.
- To complete the program, students must:
- Attend at least 80% of classes.
- Pass online tests after each lecture session.
- Pass exams in all core subjects (online).
- Submit and defend a thesis/project.

Cost of Program
The tuition for the International Executive MBA in English programme is:
- 38,500 PLN (includes enrollment fee)
- 35,500 PLN (includes enrollment fee) – for those who apply by February 15, 2025
The price includes real-time online classes, on-site sessions in Sopot and Cambridge, and access to McGraw Hill educational materials.
The fee does not cover travel or accommodation costs for in-person sessions. The Cambridge session is held on university campus, with accommodations available on campus facilities.
The listed tuition is for a one-time payment. An installment option is available, with payments to be made to the account indicated to students in the postgraduate study agreement. Information on potential grants and scholarships is available to individuals who complete the pre-enrollment form.
